Welcome to CraftBlueprints. By accessing our store or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
CraftBlueprints sells digital products, including blueprints, CAD drawings, CNC files, DXF, DWG, PDF files, templates, plans, and other downloadable materials.
All products are digital unless the product description specifically states otherwise. No physical product will be shipped.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, file formats, and other information.
Please carefully review the product description, included files, dimensions, formats, and compatibility before purchasing.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your project, equipment, or software, please contact us before placing your order.
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, the purchased digital files may be made available for download through the marketplace's digital delivery system.
Please make sure that the email address associated with your order is correct and that you have access to it.
If you experience a problem downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.
4. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own personal projects and/or lawful manufacturing purposes.
You may use the files to manufacture physical products for yourself or for commercial purposes where permitted by the product listing.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish, sublicense, or otherwise make the original digital files available to other people.
You may not claim ownership or authorship of the original digital files.
The purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the file to the buyer.
5. MANUFACTURING AND PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY
Digital plans and drawings are provided as project materials and are not a substitute for professional engineering, structural analysis, safety inspection, or legal certification.
Before manufacturing or using any project, the buyer is responsible for verifying dimensions, materials, tolerances, strength, compatibility, assembly methods, and other technical requirements.
The buyer is also responsible for ensuring that any construction or manufactured product complies with applicable local laws, regulations, safety standards, and certification requirements.
6. SAFETY
Some products may relate to boats, aircraft, paramotors, vehicles, machinery, mechanical components, or other potentially hazardous projects.
The buyer is responsible for using appropriate safety procedures, qualified professionals, equipment, and inspections where necessary.
CraftBlueprints does not guarantee that a particular design is suitable for every application, environment, material, machine, or operating condition.
7. REFUNDS AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Because digital products can be downloaded and reproduced, refunds are generally not available after the digital product has been supplied or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, materially different from its description, or the wrong product was supplied.
If you receive an incorrect, corrupted, incomplete, or materially defective file, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement, or refund.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
For customers in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer rights apply to digital content, those rights remain unaffected.
8. CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For customers located in the European Union or other jurisdictions where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the applicable consumer protection laws will apply.
Where permitted by law, the right of withdrawal for digital content may be lost once delivery or downloading begins if the customer has expressly agreed to the supply of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged the resulting loss of that right.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
9. ERRORS AND COMPATIBILITY
Before purchasing, please check that your computer, CNC machine, laser cutter, software, or other equipment supports the file format specified in the product listing.
CraftBlueprints is not responsible for compatibility problems caused by software, hardware, operating systems, machine settings, or equipment that does not support the advertised file format.
If you believe a file contains an error, please contact us with details of the issue so we can investigate it.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content, descriptions, graphics, designs, and digital files provided by CraftBlueprints or its licensors remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute our digital products outside the rights expressly granted by the applicable product license.
11. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Some products may be created from designs, models, or materials supplied by third parties. Where applicable, the product listing will provide relevant information about the source or licensing terms.
Buyers are responsible for respecting any additional license restrictions stated in the individual product listing.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CraftBlueprints is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a digital product.
This includes, where legally permitted, damage to equipment, materials, vehicles, property, or other items resulting from the manufacture or use of a project based on purchased files.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CraftBlueprints may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The current version published on this page will apply to future purchases.
